Praise for A Golden Bond

I am not too proud to say it brought tears to my eyes two or three times. Angie stayed true to her moral compass and was one of strong character.  Her mother, Rebecca had to be looking down at her though her life beaming with pride as a mother.  She accomplished much in the short time she was with Angie. ~ Tim Susick, California University of Pennsylvania, Timothy Susick, D. Ed., Associate Vice President of student Affairs, Wellness Center

What a delightful book to read on a rainy afternoon.  You travel back in time when families shared the same dreams while overcoming the trials and tribulations of life.  The reader gets the chance to peek into other lives and immerse oneself with feelings of joy, tears and some pearls of wisdom.  Elaine Jannetides takes you by the hand from first page as she unfolds each character’s story in a simple yet thought provoking path.  Each character is compartmentalized by chapters. As soon as the reader begins wondering about a character the author poses the same question as a chapter title, and answers it in an easy flowing narrative.

A true hallmark story symbolized by the trail of a lost ring. ~ Polly Serbanos

I was both impressed and entertained with how well you developed the characters and descriptive settings of the story. I thought it was great how it moved to different people and places seamlessly and you tied it all on beautifully.

It is a great book. Jeff Carlson ~ University Loft Company, Vice President of Sales

The class ring added a most interesting element to the book.  Your book brought so many memories. I felt happy at times, and then I felt nostalgic and sad.  I guess that is what life is all about. ~ Love, Liberty Pasyanos

I started to think about my own class ring and how much it meant to me, although I have always wished I’d chosen the blue stone rather than white pearl. Ha Ha. Time does go so fast and I think I will really enjoy reading the rest of the book. I was also touched by your inscription.  ~ S. Ashley Couts, Author and member of the Speed City Chapter of Sisters in Crime.
